Janice teaches yoga for inner peace, strength, joy, a quiet mind, and the highest self. Her class is centered around the Vinyasa technique of breath and fluidity between poses, and designed to empower, rejuvenate, and restore her students. Increase your heart rate, stretch and strengthen your muscles, calm your mind and ease tension in your body.
Beginner to advanced students are welcome. This class offers modifications and multi-level options so students may get the most out of their practice. Come as you are, set your intention, and have fun along the way!
