Teacher Bio

The story of XTEND began with the dreams of a woman from the Midwest. She was a dancer and a dreamer. A woman who wanted to bring movement to the world, quite literally. So she did. Understanding what makes XTEND unique begins with understanding the origins of the brand. Andrea Rogers was never quite content remaining still. Her mother put her into dance classes at the age of 3 as a suggestion for her doctor due to her being born with inward curvature of both feet. Andrea started dancing and more

Class Descriptions

The Xtend™ workout targets all the major muscle groups. Classes begin with an invigorating warm up which increases the heart rate and prepares students for the work ahead. Then the upper body segment begins using light weights to target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and upper back muscles. Next, students challenge their entire body, executing an intense seat and thigh series with the support of a ballet barre. Xtend™ then engages the core deeper with an intense abdominal series performed on the floor. A calming stretch series relaxes the body and mind, concluding the Xtend™ class. Choreography and music consistently change to keep classes fresh and clients motivated. No Xtend™ class is ever the same!

BDC offers more than 350 drop-in classes a week!
Walk-ins welcome. All levels and styles.
