Class Descriptions

Int JAZZ

This class is designed to help dancers strengthen their technique, as well as help dancers looking enrich their movement with technique. Class is Ballet based, beginning with a 30 minute center barre, floor warm up and stretch, to abs and light arm work. We will finish class with an hour of contemporary choreography everything into motion and of course, dive into light improv before and after combos.

I want this class to feel enlightening and enriching. My goal is to help make technique feel less restricting and more freeing. This class will prepare any dancer, technical and not, for any audition they may be going for, and also allowing them to just be able to be open and feel comfortable in their own body in any atmosphere.
